The winning poster, titled "Hierarchical adaptive sparse grids and quasi-Monte Carlo for option pricing under the rough Bergomi model," details research carried out under the supervision of KAUST Professor Raul Tempone. Chen's research focuses on the reticular synthesis of metal-organic frameworks and their applications in gas storage and separation. He is a member of Professor Mohamed Eddaoudi's FMD3 research group.
