KAUST Assistant Professor Xiaohang Li has won the 2018 Harold M. Manasevit Young Investigator Award for his work in metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) growth of semiconductors. KAUST Ph.D. student Maha Alamoudi won a best poster award at the 2016 Materials Research Society (MRS) Fall Meeting in Boston.
